Description

1. You have purchased a module from a 3rd party that was not programmed to your vehicle.

2. Purchase our control module programming service. If you have any doubts if this service is right for you, contact us beforepurchasing, and we will gladly answer any questions.

3. Provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) during checkout. If you do not have your VIN available during checkout, we will reach out to you at a later time for that information.

4. Send us your module through any carrier service you feel comfortable with.

5. If the control module successfully establishes communication, we will program and update the module with the latest software from the manufacturer, and your VIN.

6. Your purchase includes free shipping back to you.

7. Celebrate! Your programmed module is ready for installation to your vehicle. Additional instructions may be required, and you will be notified by email.

    Standard domestic shipping is always free for our customers, including HI, AK, PR, and other US protectorates. ARES offers expedited shipping options at a discounted rate, and they are available at checkout. Once the order is placed and a valid VIN provided, processing time is usually 1 - 2 business days. Please make sure to provide a valid email and phone number at checkout so that if there is an issue with your VIN or if we need any additional information, we can reach out to you easily to avoid any delay in processing your order. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a separate automated email with the tracking number by 11:59 pm PST of the ship date. For more information, visit our FAQ page.

    Return

    We accept returns within the first 30 days, but please note that a programming fee, which covers the cost of using OEM programming services and is paid to the manufacturer, will apply to all orders. This fee varies based on the product type and manufacturer and can be found in the product description. If your purchase is still within the first 30 days from delivery, you should contact us and request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Our team will guide you through the rest.
